A nylon cleat with a tooth design that offers a quick, positive lock that is easy to release.

Theside entry fairlead allows the cleat to be hooked onto the line,without threading the rope through an eye, making it ideal fortensioning volleyball nets where a quick set up is required

TheCL223 also makes it simple to hang fenders. It is easy to adjust soyour fenders are always positioned correctly. The cleat stays on therope so nothing gets lost. There are no moving parts and it fits allsizes of tube or wire.

Lines can be rigged 1:1 or 2:1 advantage. Other uses include covers, tents & canvas structures and radio masts.
