Navman fuel gauge
Supplied as standard with Fuel 2100 and 3100 instruments.
•Petrol connector : flexible hose connection, Ø 9.5 mm (3/8").
•8 m cable.
•Accuracy : 10 % without calibration, 5 % with calibration.
•Back pressure* generated by the fuel sensor on the feed line : 1/2" mercury with a 75 L/hour consumption ; 1" with 150 L/hour.
•Power consumption : additional 25 mA per fuel transducer.
* To be checked vs. the maximum back pressure your engine can bear.
The Fuel 3100s on-board computer for petrol engines combines fuel and speed data from a paddle wheel or GPS input to determine your economy rating.
The Fuel 3100s allows you to run your engines at optimal throttle settings, in view of sea condition, boat type and load. |
It provides instantaneous information on all components of fuel management and several alarms make the Fuel 3100s a real safety addition on board.
Designed for single and twin-engine boats, it connects to the Navman fuel gauge.
Function
•Large, easy to read digits up to 25 mm high with adjustable backlighting.
•Instant fuel flow (port/starboard) : 2.5 to 160 L/h (0.5-35 US gallons/h, 0.4-30 imp. gallons/h).
•Day and total petrol used : 0 to 9999 units.
•Fuel remaining in tank : 0 to 9999 units.
•Engine hours counter, for easy management of engine service intervals (0 to 9999).
•Graphical fuel gauge shows fuel remaining at a glance.
•Variable alarms : low fuel and low battery.
•Shares data with other instruments using NMEA or NavBus (with one single gauge kit).
•NavBus compatible : connects to other Navman instruments (Tracker, Fish, 3100s series).
•NMEA 0183 input : RMC (from GPS or any compatible speed instrument).
•NMEA 0183 output : VHW, XDR, VLW.
Additional functions, when connected to a GPS or speed instrument
•Fuel economy (mileage per litre of petrol).
•Trip and total log (0 to 99999 units).
•Instant, average and maximum speed (0 to 100 knots).
•Remaining distance.
•0.1 unit speed resolution.
