International's Primocon is an all purpose primer for below the waterline.
The primer is fast drying and so therefore ideal for the preparing of metal keels and hulls for antifouling and can even be used as a barrier coat between unknown or incompatible antifoulings.
Replaces Metallic Pink Primer for below water applications.
